Bright Memory Infinite Patch adds support for DLSS 3; Studio announces new IP

There’s a lot to cover Infinite light memory and its developer FYQD-Studio. The studio announced via a recent blog that it is working on a brand new IP, currently in the design phase which should be completed in two months. The blog also revealed that the major Japanese video game magazine Famitsu awarded Infinite light memory with a gold medal.

This is great news for the small studio, but that’s not all. The developer also released a new update today which brought new features and changes.

Infinite light memory is now one of the few games to support NVIDIA DLSS 3. However, to use it, you will need an RTX 4000 series graphics card. More information about DLSS and its hardware requirements are mentioned below.

  • RTX40 graphics card and latest driver

  • Windows 10 versions 21H2 and higher

  • Select “Display” in Windows 10 settings, then select “Graphics settings”, then enable “Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling”

  • Select DX12 mode after launching the game

  • NVIDIA DLSS “sharpness” support

  • NVIDIA DLSS “super resolution” support

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in “Close Call” where the last plane disappears if the player does not use the grappling hook to move towards it within 60 seconds

  • Fixed an issue where if the game is paused while the controller is vibrating, the controller will continue to vibrate in the pause menu

  • Fixed an issue where if you go back via the B button after selecting “Start from selected scene”, “New game” is selected instead of “Start from selected scene”

  • コ Fixed an issue where incorrect text was displayed if the player spammed the button to deselect the skill in the skill upgrade menu (only when playing with the controller)

  • Fixed an issue where the character knocks back enemy fire even without defending after knocking back enemy fire while defending

  • Fixed an issue where the pause menu is accessible during the tutorial

  • Fixed an issue where some lanterns were floating in the sky when stealthing in “Surrounded”
