New York, NY, Nov. 09, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Creative Agency and Production Studio, HEVĒ – part of [INVNT GROUP] The Global BrandStory Project™ – is proud to partner with Sunflower Network, a non-profit organization focused on providing direct and essential assistance to Ukrainians in need, by presenting the Sonya exhibit. Located in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood of New York, Sonya will be a physical and online charity art gallery and fundraising space showcasing extraordinary works of art by contemporary Ukrainian artists. Brought directly from Ukraine to New York by the Sunflower Project team, these pieces each tell their own story of art, war and identity.

The Sonya exhibition will present the works and tell the stories of 10 Ukrainian artists who vary in background and profession, some of whom are currently on the front lines of the war with Russia. The works will include sculptures and paintings sourced directly from Ukraine, with the aim of connecting people around the world with the perspectives of the Ukrainian people and the mission of Sunflower Network.

HEVĒ, the award-winning studio, is developing Sunflower Networks’ trademark film which features footage captured on the ground. Communicating the purpose behind the network, this film will premiere at the Sonya Exhibit Opening Reception on November 9.

Sunflower Network is a humanitarian organization and network of people with a mission to directly activate and strengthen Ukraine’s emergency supply chain. To date, Sunflower Network has provided over $1,000,000 in essential relief, ranging from getting first aid supplies to the front lines, distributing sanitary products and clothing to displaced civilians, funding and delivery of ambulances to the towns hardest hit by the destruction.
