Disco Elysium Creators studio has disbanded

Sad news for Disco Elysium fans.

It turns out that the developers The cultural association ZA/UM has been dissolved, with its key members being kicked out of the company. Members include Robert Kurvitz, Aleksander Rostove, and Helen Hindpere, among others. Here is the official message from founding member Martin Luiga who still represents ZA/UM.

“I, Martin Luiga, founding member and secretary of the ZA/UM cultural association, together with the assembler of most of the core team, hereby dissolve the ZA/UM cultural association (not to confused with the cultural association ZA/UM company, in this regard I would note that neither Kurvitz, Hindpere nor Rostov have worked there since the end of last year and their departure from the company was involuntary, which would seem to be a bad news for fans in love waiting for the sequel to Disco. )

While a Disco Elysium sequel is being developed by the company formerly known as ZA/UM, the key people who made the game have left. Below are additional tweets from Martin Luiga regarding the situation.
