It Takes Two is back on BBC Two to cover all things Strictly Come Dancing with hosts Janette Manrara and Rylan Clark-Neil. In Wednesday night’s episode, Janette was joined by British actor Greg Wise and pro-dancer Karen Hauer. After the host congratulated Greg on his “wonderful start” in the competition, he spoke about his moves, causing his wife to cry.
55-year-old actor and dance partner Karen was greeted on It Takes Two to chat with host Janette.
During the episode, the host was quick to comment on the star’s dancing skills.
She said, “Greg, you were Mr. Fred Astaire on Saturday night. I mean, how did you feel because you looked so good?”
A flattered Greg replied, “Well that was a wonderful dance to start with because there were a lot of actors and a great costume.”

Janette told the actor he “looked amazing” when dancing on stage with Karen, 39.
Greg explained that he tries to inject a “bit of drama” into his dance performance for viewers and judges to enjoy.
“I felt it, it was so cinematic and I could see acting really brings you to life,” he added.
“I think it was a really good first dance. Okay, we had a few issues with various things, but I loved the drama.”
Jannette said: “They looked very proud and she was so nervous. Did they see you dancing at the house?”
Greg, who has been with Emma for 26 years, replied, “No, I haven’t spent anything with them at all.
“[But] I asked them if they wanted to see a little video where Karen removed the monitor from the last dress rehearsal.
“[Emma] looked at him and burst into tears – good tears I was told. Which I think relieved the sting on Saturday night. ”
It Takes Two viewers took to Twitter to talk about Greg and Emma’s relationship, with Chris Geerdink saying, “I can really see why Greg Wise and Emma Thompson are a great couple. They both seem to have one. very good sense of humor and charm. “

They began their long-standing relationship soon after and tied the knot in 2003.
