A player is having a pretty weird issue in Halo Infinite multiplayer where the camera stays in a static position in third person.

Following the launch of the multiplayer beta for Infinite halo, many players have been impressed with what the game has to offer so far. With a wide variety of multiplayer maps, new weapons and dynamic gameplay abilities for players to acquire, Infinite halo has managed to turn quite a few heads. However, since multiplayer is still in beta, there are some underlying issues that affect the game.

Yes Cyberpunk 2077 hasn’t taught the gaming community anything is that developing AAA games is an incredibly difficult business. Even with a publisher as ingenious as Microsoft, bugs and glitches still have the potential to slip through the cracks. While Halo Infinite the technical issues are relatively minor compared to something like Cyberpunk 2077, a gamer discovered a rather unique problem with the position of the camera.

A Reddit user named R0nananan encountered a strange issue where the camera stays on a fixed perspective in third person. The player can still move the player character, but the camera position never changes to first person. At the start of each multiplayer game in Infinite halo, the camera will switch to that third-person perspective of every player on a given team, and then switch to first-person, but for some reason the camera remains static.

There are obviously a number of multiplayer issues in Infinite halo that need to be resolved, but a fix for this should probably be more immediate. Many other users responded that they had encountered the same issue with one user even being banned because they had to leave the game five times due to this third person camera issue.

It goes without saying that game development is an extremely precise art. There are a number of issues that can arise during development and often players will find issues that the developers did not address. Although some fans are actually hoping that a certain bug remains in Infinite halo and that the developers don’t patch it, it remains to be seen if the studio will listen to the community.

It will be interesting to see what the future holds Infinite halo go forward. With the full game launching just over two weeks away, fans of the game are sure to be excited to see what 343 Industries has in store. The full campaign for Infinite halo will soon be available to gamers around the world, and hopefully its camera stays where it’s supposed to be.

Infinite halo releases December 8 for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X / S. The multiplayer beta is available now.
