NGX withdraws Studio Press, Union Diagnostic

The shares of Studio Press Nigeria Plc and Union Diagnostic and Clinical Services Plc have been delisted from the trading platform of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Limited.

Shares of both companies were taken off the stock exchange on Friday, according to a local exchange circular.

The delisting of Studio Press’s shares from the stock exchange came after the finalization of the transfer of shares held by minority investors in the company to the new owners, Federated Resources Nigeria Limited.

Federated Resources Nigeria Limited is not interested in being publicly traded and has chosen to be a private company, which is why it left the NGX.

“We refer to our market bulletin of December 17, 2021, with the reference number: NGXREG / LRD / MB57 / 21/12/17 in which the market was informed of the total suspension of trading in Studio Press shares Nigeria Plc as a result of the plan of arrangement between Studio Press and its shareholders involving the transfer of ordinary shares held by minority shareholders to Federated Resources Nigeria Limited.

Following the conclusion of the program, trading licensees and the investing public are informed that the entire issued share capital of Studio Press Nigeria Plc has been delisted from the official daily list of Nigerian Exchange Limited today, Friday January 7, 2022, ”the NGX notice stated.

Meanwhile, Union Diagnostic withdrew from the stock exchange following the deal it made with Cedar Advisory Partners Limited, which now controls the organization.

“We refer to our market bulletin of March 5, 2021, with the reference number: NSE / LRD / MB15 / 21/03/05 in which the market was informed of the total suspension of trading in Union Diagnostic shares and Clinical Services Plc by reason of the plan of arrangement between Union Diagnostic and Cedar Advisory Partners Limited.

“After the conclusion of the program, the trading licensees and the investing public are informed that the entire issued share capital of Union Diagnostic and Clinical Services Plc has been delisted from the official daily list of Nigerian Exchange Limited today. , Friday January 7, 2022. ”said the second disclosure.
