As most fans, critics and industry insiders would have guessed, Ross’s newfound independence may not be permanent. He’s now in the best position, leverage-wise, to land a profitable deal with a new label, and according to the MMG founder, the offers are pouring in.

“I have huge offers on the table right now. Huge huge offers. Def Jam conversation. Everyone,” Rick Ross proclaimed. “Everyone wants to be in business with Ricky Rozay. They know that when Ricky Rozay wants to make music, I make the best music. When I want huge collaborations, it’s easy. I don’t even need to text niggas. I can have my homies DM a nigga.”

Rick Ross hasn’t confirmed which label he’s been considering the most, but despite saying “there’s really no rush” when it comes to producing new music, he revealed that his untitled twelfth studio album will arrive sooner rather than later.

“I’m going to release two records this summer,” he revealed, “and I’m going to title them my new shit.”
